Do Buyers Always Ask For Repairs?

Sometimes homes are sold “as-is” and buyers do not ask for the seller to make repairs. Even on these homes it is a good idea to have an inspection done so that you know what repairs may be needed. In a “sellers market”, homes may be selling quickly or have several offers submitted. When this happens buyers may opt to not ask the sellers for the repair to make their offer more attractive.
