We have had Larry with Kansas REI perform several inspections for us over the last few years, including our own home, residential investment properties and commercial investment properties. His reports are always very thorough. We have continued to be impressed by his depth of knowledge and ability to explain things in practical matters. Every inspection report has equipped us with information that we were able to use to negotiate our purchase. The roof damage and leaks that he found on a recent commercial building purchase saved us over $15,000 in needed repairs that the sellers claimed to not be aware of. I highly recommend using Kansas REI if you need an inspection.

Larry did an amazing job with my home inspection. I received a 90 page report that was detailed with all of his findings. Which helped save me a lot of money and helped get repairs made to the house that I would not have noticed. He even offers a sewer guard protection plan which came in handy when mine backed up. If you are needing an inspection he is the one to do it!

Larry did a very thorough inspection and the homeowners are fixing everything. He was quick and did a very detailed report with tons of pictures. I would definitely recommend them in the future! The Porch program they do helps a lot with transferring utilities and with getting contractors.

Larry Cox went above and beyond! We had him perform multiple inspections before deciding on a home to purchase. He is extremely thorough, and discovered items that were missed by previous inspectors. During one of our inspections he discovered wood rot on multiple support beams of the deck, and found the roof was just about shot. The home owners did not want to correct the issues because the first inspector made no mention of those issues. Sure, it cost me an inspection, but at least it didn't cost me a new deck and roof. I wonder if the first inspector even went on the roof. Larry's photos clearly showed a roof which needed to be replaced. I am glad we chose Larry as our home inspector. He showed up on time, returned thorough reports, and saved us from a risky investment.

Larry did an amazing job on a house that was not an easy walk through. He went above and beyond what I thought he was going to do and saw easy to miss things. Larry did a very thorough inspection. He provided us with precise detailed report that helped us make a decision not to purchase a home we really liked but had many hidden issues. He did a second inspection for us on the home we now live in. The home was for sale as is so we were sceptical of its integrity. Larry again provided us with professional service and after receiving his report we were confident to make an offer on the home. Great inspection for great price. Larry was amazing and finished the whole inspection in 2 hours. The house we were purchasing was a HUD house so it was winterized at the time of the inspection and we weren't able to have the gas turned on. We had the house dewinterized by a plumber and he found 2 leaks so we told Larry about that when he came over. He didn't want to have water everywhere so he said after we purchase the house and are able to have the gas turned on and pipe leaks fixed, he would come back and inspect both for no extra charge since it was already included in the original price. Overall very professional and excellent service! Will definitely recommend to our friends that just made an offer on a house. Thanks Larry!

I just can't say enough. Larry Cox is the Best home inspector I have ever seen and or used. His findings and reports are easy to comprehend. He found everything. Larry is a True Professional in every since of the word. If you choose not to use him, no telling what might be missed. Do yourself a favor and use Mr. Cox. This past June I purchased my first home. As everyone knows it can be a little daunting. I was full of questions. Mr. Cox was extremely helpful in answering the questions on my list, and whatever else popped into my head. He was very accommodating with my schedule, as well as my realtor. I was very thankful to have had him as my home inspector here in Wichita Ks. He was able to point out, and find things that my experienced realtor had overlooked. Things that helped me in the negotiating of my contract. He not only did his job, he went above and beyond. I was very happy with the services that Mr. Cox from Kansas Real Estate Inspections provided. This is the best thing you can do when you are looking at home buying for sure!
