Larry did an amazing job with my home inspection. I received a 90 page report that was detailed with all of his findings. Which helped save me a lot of money and helped get repairs made to the house that I would not have noticed. He even offers a sewer guard protection plan which came in handy when mine backed up. Larry did a very thorough inspection and the homeowners are fixing everything. He was quick and did a very detailed report with tons of pictures. I would definitely recommend them in the future! The Porch program they do helps a lot with transferring utilities and with getting contractors.

Larry Cox went above and beyond! We had him perform multiple inspections before deciding on a home to purchase. He is extremely thorough, and discovered items that were missed by previous inspectors. During one of our inspections he discovered wood rot on multiple support beams of the deck, and found the roof was just about shot. The home owners did not want to correct the issues because the first inspector made no mention of those issues. Sure, it cost me an inspection, but at least it didn't cost me a new deck and roof. I wonder if the first inspector even went on the roof. Larry's photos clearly showed a roof which needed to be replaced. I am glad we chose Larry as our home inspector. He showed up on time, returned thorough reports, and saved us from a risky investment.

Larry did a very thorough inspection. He provided us with precise detailed report that helped us make a decision not to purchase a home we really liked but had many hidden issues. He did a second inspection for us on the home we now live in. The home was for sale as is so we were sceptical of its integrity.

Great inspection for great price. Larry was amazing and finished the whole inspection in 2 hours. The house we were purchasing was a HUD house so it was winterized at the time of the inspection and we weren't able to have the gas turned on. We had the house dewinterized by a plumber and he found 2 leaks so we told Larry about that when he came over. He didn't want to have water everywhere so he said after we purchase the house and are able to have the gas turned on and pipe leaks fixed, he would come back and inspect both for no extra charge since it was already included in the original price. Overall very professional and excellent service! Will definitely recommend to our friends that just made an offer on a house. Thanks Larry!
